TERMS OF TRAVEL

a) Rates
All rates are quoted net in Euro (€) per person including VAT and local taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Rates payable locally are in local currency of each destination. For ski pass sales we add a handling fee of € 4 per person. Prices may change due to printing errors or typing errors. Rates are those in effect at time of publishing and are subject to change without notice due to increases in hotel and government taxes and currency exchange fluctuation.

b) Payment conditions
FIT bookings
Due at the beginning of the season 30 % of total amount booked for entire season (floating deposit)
07 days after arrival: Balance due

Group bookings
10 weeks prior groups arrival 60 % of total invoice amount
02 weeks prior groups arrival final payment

Rooming list required not later than 21 days prior to groups arrival. Reservations after this date are on request only.
Busreisen Tirol reserves the right to cancel a reservation should payment not be received by the agreed date.

c) Complimentary policy
Group bookings
Minimum size for group rates: 20 persons
01 free in double/twin per 20 paying passengers
02 free in double/twin per 40 paying passengers

d) Cancellations
FIT bookings
Allotment bookings are handled due to separate contract with your company.

28 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges
27-21 days prior to arrival 50 % of total invoice
20-13 days prior to arrival 70 % of total invoice
12-01 days prior to arrival 80 % of total invoice
No shows 100 % cancellation fee

Cancellation fees for FIT\'s have to be agreed separately for Christmas, New Year’s Eve or if any fair trades take place in the booked city/village.

Group bookings
56 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges
55-42 days prior to arrival 30 % of total invoice
41-21 days prior to arrival 50 % of total invoice
20-01 days prior to arrival 80 % of total invoice
No shows 100 % cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees can also be agreed different from above but need to be in written form. Lüftner Touristik GmbH will advise if cancellation fees are different from above when the reservation is confirmed from our side.

e) Change of group reservations
Group reservations can be amended up to 3 weeks prior arrival at no cost. All changes after this date will cause an amendment fee of Euro 15 per change.

f) Court of jurisdiction
Innsbruck. According to both Austrian Law and the General Conditions for Travel for Austrian Travel Agencies, in the respectively latest and valid versions, or a ruling replacing these.
